How we work
Routing decisions, capacity upgrades and following up on issues are part of our daily work. These are the considerations that guide our planning and operations.
Engineering first
Decisions are engineering-led, not marketing-driven.
Transparent metrics
Monthly availability reports published. SLA credits applied automatically.
Less is more
Foundation over feature lists. Stable beats novel.
Long-term thinking
Networks are infrastructure — planned on a 5–10 year horizon.
Direct dialogue
No outsourced support. No tier transfers. Engineer-to-engineer.
Security by default
RPKI / IRR / MANRS are basics, not add-ons.
Our history
Registered in Hong Kong, APNIC LIR application.
Independent ASN obtained, first BGP session.
First APAC backbone PoP live.
HK↔NRT 100G dark fibre link.
Triangle backbone topology complete.
2.4 Tbps capacity, Flowspec automated.
Tata · PCCWG · Cogent · Lumen · GSL · Equinix.
Opening soon, APAC coverage expanding.
Growing the network
From 10 Gbps in 2019 to 2.2 Tbps in 2026 — 220× growth over eight years. Every link, every expansion is driven by real demand, never market pressure.
Press & community
The Hytron engineering team regularly presents at APAC networking conferences, sharing experience on BGP security, Flowspec automation, and APAC peering. Transparent engineering culture starts with external dialogue.
Memberships & certifications
We're members of the APAC networking community. Through formal memberships and compliance, we participate in global network governance.

Our locations
Headquartered in Hong Kong, with engineering teams across Taipei, Tokyo and Hong Kong providing 24×7 coverage.

Hong Kong
HKGHQ · NOC · Business
Hong Kong is home to our headquarters, NOC and business contacts. The local engineering team works on network planning and operations. The related backbone PoP is at Equinix HK2 in Tsuen Wan.

Tokyo
NRTNOC · Engineering Operations
Our Tokyo NOC and engineering team take part in daily APAC operations, reviewing routing, connectivity and incident handling. The related network PoP is at Equinix TY8 in Inzai.

Singapore
SINPoP · Business Hub
Singapore provides a PoP and business contact point for discussing Southeast Asian deployments and regional connectivity. The related network PoP is at Equinix SG1 in Ayer Rajah.

Taipei
TPEEngineering team · Operations
The Taipei engineering team works with Hong Kong and Tokyo on daily operations, incident follow-up and technical coordination across shifts. The TPE PoP remains a planned project for 2026.

The people who
pick up the phone.
We do not publish team names — NOC is rotating shifts, and the person who picks up is the engineer on duty, not a sales rep. Every member has 10+ years of network operations experience.
